- The President is a born member of the Executive committee
- Normally, the President chairs the
meetings of the General Assembly, the Board and Executive Committee ...

Nothing else.

He/she is a "first among equal" in the board and EC.
He/she chairs = should facilitate and even guide the meetings and solve problems and care about formally correct decisions.

He/she is even the only direct representative of the General Assembly, because he/she is directly elected by the GA:
Thus, within the general board tasks, he/she has a specific duty to care about the interests and views of all active members without any regional or thematic focus. He/she is the one who has a special duty to be aware about the general organizational interests of the global coalition.
